Like all natural medicine, yoga therapy focuses on the symptom, not the cause. Remedy sessions move through yoga poses, breathwork, and mental techniques by modifying your practice to manage your symptoms, holistically.
Yoga Therapy addresses concerns with chronic pain, neurological issues, mental health, aging, and other health conditions. Back pain, anxiety, depression, concussions, diabetes, osteoporosis, and general stress are just some of the conditions that we can work on together.
Sessions are completely tailored to YOU, your needs, your ailments, and your goals. The relationship that we will form won’t be one of just teacher to student. It will be therapeutic with trust, acceptance and transparency.

Individual Assessment
We’ll complete your health intake together to explore your concerns and work together to identify attainable goals.
Practice
I’ll recommend movement, breathwork, meditation, visualization, physical postures, or a combination of all to get you to where we’d both like you to be.
Independence
Using the tools that we’ll practice together in each of your sessions, you’ll begin to feel confident to blend this practice into your daily life.
